Ricci has dedicated over 20 years to leading and directing the ICT function within various organisations, showcasing a robust background in IT service delivery, software development, support, stakeholder engagement, team building, program/project management and vendor/contract management. Ricci also holds a Life Coaching certification, which he leverages to empower individuals in overcoming limiting patterns rooted in their formative years.

After leaving the corporate world, Ricci founded The iTech Tree to provide specialised ICT services for microbusinesses and small enterprises. His focus is on leveraging best-of-breed applications, seamless integrations, and automation to maximise efficiency, freeing up time for a balanced work and personal life.

TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION EXPERIENCE:

Ricci’s employment history is marked by significant roles, including serving as an IT Consultant for The iTech Tree, an IT Support Specialist at Endeavour College of Natural Health, and an ICT Manager for The Brosnan Group, among others. Throughout his career, Ricci has been instrumental in implementing strategic objectives, managing ICT infrastructure and services, and leading multi-disciplined teams of ICT professionals to deliver innovative solutions and improve service delivery across multiple sectors.

Since relocating to Moreton Bay, Ricci has specialised in delivering tailored ServiceM8 solutions for tradies and field service businesses, Square solutions for retail and hospitality, and Wix solutions for online-only enterprises. He ensures seamless integration and automation with finance, CRM, marketing, and office productivity tools to create holistic systems that align closely with clients’ business processes.
